How I Like to Work With People

I love to see a plan come together. I like to work with people one-on-one to help guide, educate, and build a financial plan brick-by-brick. I strive to create a plan that becomes something great. Something that is based on their own values and goals. Everyone’s situation and perspective are unique. With my clients each plan is built specifically for them. I work best with people who are looking for an expert to maximize their wealth strategies. We do this together with proactive customized planning and investment management.

Areas of Focus

I have three main areas of focus:

Generational Family Planning

Looking at the financial needs when planning for a transfer of wealth between generations. How you can protect your assets for your family’s future. What kind of legacy do you wish to leave? Planning for charitable bequests.

Sudden Wealth Management

Mapping out a plan for a healthy financial future when you suddenly have money. Learning the best ways to manage new found wealth and hold on to it.

Life Transitions

How are financial needs impacted by changes in your life? Marriage, births, deaths and job changes can all require action.

Why I Became a Financial Planner

I have worked in this industry for 20 years. I have learned the best way for me to truly help someone is to develop a personal relationship. I can serve my clients better by getting to know what is truly important to them. Their values and goals will shape how to best create a plan for them. I value quality in my relationships rather than quantity. I chose to be a fee-only fiduciary because that is the best way to serve my clients best interests. I am compensated by my clients to act as fiduciary in all instances. There are no sales incentives for me. I receive no kick-backs, commissions, or referral fees. With “fee-based” arrangements like this there is no third-party reward of any kind.
